Introduction:
To meet a variety of different market demands, SCHOTT offers its
well-known B 270™ crown glass in sheet glass form.
B 270™, manufactured by the up-draw method, offers high stability
with respect to solarization in combination with high transmission in the
visible wavelength range. It has a fire-polished surface and high
chemical stability.
Substrate Material: Schott B270 glass/Ultra white
Outer Dimension: 406.0x258.0,+/-0.5mm
Thickness: 1.0,+/-0.1mm
Surface Quality: Double side good polished (40-20 scratch and dig, MIL Standard)
Parallelism: <1 arc minute
Flatness: <lambda/4 @ 632.8nm over 1-inch area (on-jig inspection)
