Introduction:Rutile ( TiO2) single crystal is one of the most suitable materials used for spectral prisms and polarizing devices such as optical isolators and beam displacers because it has a large birefringence with a high refractive index. Compared to YVO4, TiO2 crystal is more chemically and physically stable. Our high quality TiO2 (rutile) single crystal is grown by floating zone method and is an excellent choice to be used as optical compoments and epi thin film substrates.

MgO Crystal Substrates / Plates

Introduction:MgO Crystal Substrates are used widely for HTSC (high temperature superconductor) thin film coatings applications, in research studying the epitaxial effects of substrates on the crystallization of polymers, for the deposition of ferro electric thin film coatings on magnesium oxide substrates, and in the field of plasma display panel (PDP) technology.
MgO crystals are highly transparent, permitting good transmission down to the UV and IR ranges of the spectrum.
